From South Australia to Germany... all because of a Tim Tam Cheesecake!✈️🍰

Late last year, Ralph and his wife visited Tickle Belly Hill while travelling around Australia and enjoyed a slice of our Tim Tam Cheesecake. Little did we know it would leave such an impression that weeks later, after returning home to Germany, Ralph emailed us asking if we'd share the recipe because they simply couldn't stop talking about it!

Of course, we were happy to help.

A few weeks later, these photos landed in our inbox, along with a message saying they had recreated "our" Tim Tam Cheesecake at home in Germany.

"Tastes like yours. Optically we need some adjustments. Maybe the ingredients are a little bit different here in Germany from these in Straya."

We think they've done an amazing job! ❤️

It's moments like these that remind us how food can create memories that travel across the world. Thank you, Ralph and family, for sharing your photos and for taking a little piece of Tickle Belly Hill home with you.

Who would have thought a Tim Tam Cheesecake from the Flinders Ranges would end up being baked in Germany? 🍰🌏
