Hi All. Just a quick update to make you aware of changes to our trading hours and and some additions to the food van menu.
We are now trading Tuesday through to Saturday to trial some weekend trade, which means we are now CLOSED MONDAYS.
We are also now trading from 8am-3pm each day (excluding monday)
We no longer have Pies available, but we are happy to say we are now serving HOT CHIPS!
as well as a very tasty Portuguese Chicken & Bacon Burger as a lunch option, as well as bacon & egg rolls and 4 Toastie options, hash browns, cold drinks, assorted cakes and coffee & tea.

Well we have reached the end of our 3rd week!
A HUGE thank you to all our supporters so far...
The aim of this post is to update you all on a few changes we are making after assessing the market.
Firstly we are happy to announce the launch of our signature bacon & egg rolls!
They are anything but average and had a cult following on the coast...
We call them Rockin' Rolls.
We invite you to give them a try this week.
We will be trialling several different options/sizes to see what best fits the market.
For straight shooters & budget minded folks we will offer good old fashioned B&E rolls too.
The next change will be our trading hours-
We will open later and we will close later,
So the new trading hours are as follows
8am- 3pm mon-friday.
Looking forward to another exciting week at The Outpost!

We are pleased to announce the opening of the Rye Park coffee and food van this Monday the 30th of may.
The van may still bear the branding of it's previous life in Sydney, but if you need to give it a handle you can call it The Outpost.
We are very happy to be full time residents of Rye Park and we cannot wait to meet the community.
It will be a humble start for our first week of trading. For coffee we will have a freshly roasted Tanzanian Kongoni single origin.
For hot chocolate we have a beautiful 100% Papua New Guinean dark cacao and also authentic Spiced Chai.
For some grab'n'go tucker we have locally baked pies (chunky beef and chicken and mushroom) from Country Kitchen in Yass Valley.
of course we will be adding new things every week!
We are currently waiting on a shipment of specialty teas due to arrive next week.
Our trading hours to begin with will be Monday to Friday 7am-2pm.
Looking forward to seeing you there.
