Situated in the south-east gateway to the Macedon Ranges, in the village of Romsey, you will find our bistro, Verdure. Verdure is a smart casual eatery, but more than that we are a place to gather, recharge and collect your thoughts, alone and shared.

The intimate weatherboard space has been lovingly updated to create a relaxing yet vibrant environment, complete with fire and to***co leather sofas. Our menu is fresh, simple, seasonal and where possible local, including the wines.
