NOAH WANTS HIS JOB BACK!!!

THIS WEEK’S CHEF’S SPECIAL

Gochujang Glazed Pork Belly. Confit Potatoes. Spicy Pineapple Salsa.

When Noah discovered staff can’t win the Star Rewards $30,000 Members Draw, he apparently decided his employment was a small price to pay for a shot at the cash.

No notice.
No negotiation.
Just “I want in.”

NEW CHEF’S SPECIAL

This one is extra special.

Our apprentice chef Tyler has been putting his passion for cooking into practice and has created his very own take on a Margherita Pizza.

Using his own Pesto Napoli, mozzarella, bocconcini and fresh tomatoes, Tyler has created something that he’s genuinely proud of — and after plenty of tasting and tweaking, it’s made its way onto the Chef’s Specials menu.

Tyler is pictured here with Head Chef Naresh, putting the finished product through the all-important taste test.

We love seeing our apprentices grow, experiment and find their own style in the kitchen. Tyler has a real passion for cooking, and we’re proud to give him the opportunity to put that passion on the plate.
