These might just be our new favourite thing on the menu. 🔥

Crispy fried kingfish collars, coated in ponzu burnt butter, finished with tamari sesame, fresh chives and grilled lime.

Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, with an unreal amount of flavour.

Think gourmet KFC, but from the sea.

Messy fingers guaranteed. Absolutely worth it.
