Native food proliferation, Invasive food obliteration.
Our menu realises this goal through careful selection of ingredients.
Fingerlime, saltbush, Warrigal green, pepper berry, rosella, macadamia, wattle seed ….. the list goes on. Encouraging farmers to grow these native plants, ideally endemically. Slowly reinforcing the spread of native plants.
Rabbit, venison and boar (all wild shot by skilled hunters) are used to reduce their numbers in the bush.
