We have received several emails over the last week asking if we will be opening Christmas for Christmas Day !

Fattoush bayside will not be opening Christmas Day !

We feel that this is a day that our staff should enjoy with their families. And therefore in the interest of our team we will not be opening Christmas Day at fattoush bayside . Thank you 🙏

We are up bright and early and out and about sourcing our fresh fish of the day .

We have secured an amazing catch this morning and this weekends fish of the day is whole pomfret fish

The pomfret fish has a Mild, sweet, and non-fishy with firm yet flaky white flesh that easily absorbs spices and marinades.

It cooks amazing over charcoal !

I can’t wait to throw these on the charcoal today for lunch for our customers ordering the fish of the day
