Last night I discovered that sometimes the smallest things can make the biggest difference...

At about 2am I was wide awake with a bout of indigestion, heartburn and acid reflux. 😩 Not exactly the bedtime story I was hoping for!

Then I remembered hearing that some people swear by Celtic Salt. So, in true "I've got nothing to lose" fashion, I grabbed a pinch, crunched it, chased it with a sip of water... and within a couple of minutes, I was settled right down and straight back to sleep.

Was it the Celtic Salt? Was it coincidence? I can only tell you what happened for me, but I'll definitely be keeping it in mind if it ever happens again. maybe it will work for you too!

Now I'm curious...

What do YOU use Celtic Salt for? Have you got any little tips, tricks or family remedies you've discovered over the years? We'd love to hear them in the comments. You never know, your suggestion might help someone else.

If you've been meaning to try Celtic Salt, we've got it in stock here at Greenies Real Food.

And as always, thank you for choosing to shop with a small, locally owned family business. Every purchase helps keep local businesses thriving, and we genuinely appreciate your support. 💚
