This Saturday, Executive Chef Mike Jaques and Casey Hildebrand from wildfirecraftbbq come together for a one-off dining experience celebrating the flavours of winter.

Expect slow-cooked dishes, smoky flavours, fresh local produce, and shared plates designed to bring people together.
