🇮🇹 Italy at Home | Godfather Sauce 🇮🇹

👋🏼 Meet the Godfather Sauce: an Aussie twist on Italian favourites. Lightly seasoned chicken and pepperoni bring the hearty flavour, while black olives, red onion, spring onion, green capsicum and roasted capsicum fill out a rich red sauce.

Pair it with our fresh pasta for a generous dinner that’s ready when you are. A large serves 2 adults and 2 kids; a small serves 2 adults. When the Godfather is on the weekly menu, we make it fresh on Thursdays. 🍽️

🇮🇹 HUGE MENU THIS WEEK! 🇮🇹
+ important pricing info.

If you’ve been waiting to stock the fridge or freezer, this is your week. Most of our sauces are on the menu, so now’s your chance to grab a few favourites and try something new! 🍝

Amatriciana is making a comeback, and my personal favourite, Bistecca, is back too.

All the bakes are available this week: vegetarian lasagna, creamy 4 cheese bake and spinach & ricotta cannelloni, plus our traditional meat lasagna and cannelloni. Dinner decisions = sorted. 🙌

For dessert, The Bueno is back after going absolutely bananas last time! Think homemade chocolate tart shell with a Bueno inspired filling. Classic tiramisu is on the menu too, along with biscotti, amaretti and crostata.

☕ Our coffee is officially on the menu! A few of you have already asked about keeping a steady monthly supply, and a local business will be stocking it in their shop. If you love a strong, smooth coffee without the bitterness, reach out to try our House Blend Ristretto. Coffee is available for pickup throughout the week. And yes, those biscotti go beautifully with it. 😉

📍 Cannonvale collection: I’ve updated the website to make ordering for the Master Butchers Whitsunday collection point on Stewart Drive* easier. I’ll take pre-orders down on Friday morning, ready for you to collect at your convenience;

Sorry to increase prices twice in the same financial year but I have been taking on the online order fees since starting business in 2024 and its time to reduce this loss a little. (So every online order through the website incurs a fee to my business income to put it into perspective, that doesn't include the actual ongoing fees of running the website and domains).

🇮🇹 NEED TO PICK UP ON A DIFFERENT DAY? 🇮🇹

I know Thursday pickup doesn’t fit everyone’s schedule, so please don’t feel like you’ve missed out if you can’t make it! ❤️

I often have a range of freshly made and frozen meals available outside our usual pickup hours. Whether you’re after pasta and sauce for a quick dinner, a lasagna to pop in the oven, or a few meals to stock the freezer, send me a message and we can work out a pickup time that suits.

Availability changes throughout the week, and some fresh items need a little notice, so the easiest way is to DM me what you’d like and which day you’re hoping to collect. I’ll let you know what I have ready or what I can make for you. 🍝

🇮🇹 THURSDAY PICKUP: dinner, dessert & tomorrow morning’s coffee sorted ☕🍝

If “what’s for dinner?” has been following you around all week, send it my way. After scrambling around at 6.30pm every night this week - I get the feels for an easy meal!

Grab fresh pasta and one of our homemade sauces, take it home, and have dinner on the table without spending your Thursday/Friday night cooking. That’s the Italy at Home way. ❤️

And because I believe dinner should end well… there’s tiramisu, plus biscotti, amaretti and crostata for a little something sweet.

Our Italy at Home Caffè bags have arrived too! ☕ If you pre-ordered, I’ll be in touch about your coffee. Nick is also on delivery duty today for the sugar mill orders. And I’m not gonna lie… biscotti dipped in coffee? What a combo. 😏

Never ordered before? Message me what you like — creamy, tomato based, meaty or vegetarian — and I’ll help you pick a pasta and sauce combo. Orders for my beach customers can be delivered tomorrow morning (Friday) to Master Butchers Whitsunday (Stewart drive shop) and picked up mid morning - 5.30pm.

Made using Nick’s traditional recipe and paired with our rich Pomodoro sauce, prepared from fresh tomatoes. 🍅

Our meatball mixture contains no egg or breadcrumbs. ✔️

Sauces are made fresh every Thursday. If this product isn’t included on the current week’s menu, it will be supplied from our frozen stock.
