We would love to introduce you our Bright Patch Family, from some old faces to new ones to our little Cafe in the Whitsundays!
From the Kitchen, Front of House, Baristas and Manager each person represents a different side of wonderful as the Chefs are our mad hatters, the front of house are our Caterpillars, the baristas our Cheshire Cats and the manager is the White Rabbit helping make sure the cafe runs on schedule!
Jam - Owner
With a love of Creativity and passion she’s our Alice in the Wonderland we call Bright Patch, she’s the one with the dreams and ideas!
Sally - Manager
With a need for coffee and a love for cruises she’s the white rabbit who keeps the place running, always on her toes fixing and coming up with solutions to any of our Big or Small Accidents.
Jess - Team Supervisor
With a bubbly personality, kind spirit, cute cat named Moon and a passion for Latte Art, She’s our wonderful and playful Cheshire Cat, with her behaviour and amazing green highlights!
Macy - Team Member
With her laid back attitude and love for citrus cheesecakes she’s our Caterpillar of the cafe, she brings an air of relaxation and calming feelings from the moment you walk in.
Jane-Emilie - Barista
From whipping up hot coffees in different cities to our cute cafe with her playful and quiet she’s one of our Cheshire Cats.
Christian - Head Chef
He’s Mad, He’s Funny, he is here to make you smile even when you don’t want to he’s our Mad Hatter at this cafe, with a mindset of living on a yellow submarine! He brings crazy flavour and beautiful visions to every dish he makes!
Charlie - Chef in Training
He’s laid back, a fun treat with a great sense of humour who could blame him when he’s related to the Mad hater he’s our March Hare, He’s also ready to help anyone out!
Lulu - Chef
She’s crazy, she’s creative, she’s our other Mad Hatter of the cafe with the passion of food and a love of making the food feel like it was made just for you! She’s always ready to bring a smile to your smile.
Savannah - Junior Staff
A fun bubbly but junior staff member, and one of our door mouse of the cafe! You can always find her around the cafe helping out her White Rabbit Mother the Manager! She brings youthful energy and a baby manager energy.
Jaxson - Junior Staff
A always smiling junior with an energetic personality and the other door mouse of the cafe as he is out other junior and a friend of the other door mouse, he’s always ready to help!
Lyn - Cleaner
A sweet lady who has a love with a sweet treat and always willing to help out with anything with worlds of experience, she our wonderful cleaner of the cafe but can be found helping out around cafe in different jobs.
Hannah - Social Media
The Red Queen of the cafe with her latte art now turned Social Media Assistant to the cafe with a love of the Alice in Wonderland world.
We couldn’t have done it without these amazing people who keep the wonderland spirit alive and it’s their fun attitude, jokes, humour that is unmatched.
