Cafe - South American Arepas are the most important end emblematic food of Norhtern South America (Colombia and Venezuela).

It's a centuries old tradition that comes from the indigenous population of the Americas where corn was and is a God. About the Arepa Days' experience:

Our arepas are cornbread and naturally GLUTEN FREE, they are made by Sonido in Fitzroy from scratch using Australian Corn to create the dough.
*No additives -No preservatives*

The freshness is amazing, compared to Arepas that are made with import

ed corn flour or to arepas that are made in Colombia and imported frozen. The arepas are filled with any of these chargrilled choices: chorizo, pollo, morcilla or fresco cheese. *all include: guacamole, picadillo (salsa),coriander and mozzarella cheese.
