They’ve teamed up with regenerative farmers from A Little Greener Farm, Rainbow Regen, and We Forest Earth to source endemic mycelium and showcase foraged fungi along with native rainforest ingredients.

Farmers Rachel Anderson and Pierre Loiseau will share insights on growing nutrient-dense organic foods and the fascinating world of mycology, highlighting the varieties and flavors of endemic mushrooms.
