The Butler is one of the best spots in Potts Point to watch the sun go down, and from November, Juanita’s Bar is pouring $14 Tommy’s margaritas for the occasion. One hour, one perfectly timed drink, and the best seat in the house.

10 years of Chef Amber Doig with APPLEJACK & The Butler Potts Point 🍾

Amber first started in Potts Point as our Sous Chef, before she quickly lead the team in the Head Chef role. She is such a valued member of the Applejack team assisting with menu creation & new venue openings across the group.
