Yesterday morning really couldn’t make its mind up. 🌧️☀️

Cloudy and raining at 8am, then suddenly sunshine! It was like we’d skipped spring and jumped straight into summer. ☀️

Even the umbrellas out front were steaming after the rain. Not something you see every day. 😂☕️

August is such a weird month, Port Macquarie weather keeping us on our toes as always! ☔️

Our Italian Gourmet Night on Saturday, August 22nd is officially fully booked! We’re so excited for this one. Italian nights are always a favourite of ours, and we can’t wait to fill The Corner Restaurant with a beautiful night of Italian food. 🍝🍷🇮🇹

We’re well and truly in the thick of winter now, but with only a few more weeks to go, the finish line is in sight. ❄️

We’ve been pretty lucky here in Port Macquarie with a relatively mild winter, but the days are still short, and we’re all doing our best to push through that last stretch. Thankfully, a hot Campos coffee makes the early starts a little easier. ☕️

Our coffee machine had a little TLC yesterday! ☕️✨

We closed a little earlier than usual so our machine could have its full service, and it was absolutely worth it. There’s something about coffee from a freshly serviced machine. Everything is dialled in, running beautifully and those Campos coffees are coming out on another level. 🤎

The machine is running like a dream! 😍☕️
