A TASTE OF PORT LINCOLN AT HOTEL BOSTON!

On Saturday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a lovely group of travellers from Thailand, visiting through Victory Travel, for a private Southern Bluefin Tuna Dinner Show!

Chef Nic and his team put their skills on show, filleting a whole tuna in front of our guests for a special behind-the-scenes look at its preparation.

There was plenty to enjoy at the table too, with fresh sashimi & oysters, poke bowls, pan-seared tuna and abalone!

A big thank you to Victory Travel for including Hotel Boston in the group’s visit, and to Nic and our team for all their hard work bringing the evening together.

It was a pleasure sharing our hospitality and a taste of Port Lincoln with such a lovely group. We loved having you here and hope to welcome you back!

Last night we had the pleasure of hosting our friends from Tour South and their fantastic guests from China for a very special evening at Hotel Boston.

With Boston Bay as the backdrop, our guests experienced some of the very best seafood the Eyre Peninsula has to offer from Yumbah Kingfish and mussels, The Fresh Fish Place Southern Rock Lobster and Southern Bluefin Tuna from Dinko Tuna 🐟

We’re proud to showcase Port Lincoln, our local producers and the incredible seafood our region is known for to guests travelling from all over the world.
Thanks to Tour South for joining us, what a fantastic night! 🙌
