Established in 2015 by Dave Hartigan and Cat Menz along with their two trusty sidekicks, their kids Ava and Will. Both coffee lovers who long ago grew tired of the lack of variety and specialty coffee available through the supermarkets. Dave began roasting from home way back in 2015 and inevitably fell in love with the fresh aroma, taste and variety available from purchasing green beans and roasti

ng his own. Once friends and family had tasted the difference freshly roasted beans taste the struggle to roast enough began! :)

Purchased late 2015, our commercial 5kg Has Garanti Coffee Roaster has been custom modified with profiling software to ensure 100% adjustability, enabling consistent high quality roasts. Being able to roast a total of 15kg of green beans an hour. Shoot to 2022 and we’ve grown enough to install a massive 25kg roaster! We are currently in the process of moving to a new premises, that’s why you won’t find a shop front at the moment. But watch this space! Goooood things, coming soon! The many years of buying green beans has also enabled us to build a relationship with a professional coffee merchant who acts as our direct link between us and the coffee farmer at origin. Suggesting which green beans for us to buy, ensuring a high quality unique coffee is provided to you the customer. Get an Eyre Roasted to your lips. The roast from the coast.

We love doing things in house. That’s why everything served from our coffee bar is made by us - the beans we roast, the muffins and burgers we reckon we’ve perfected, all the syrups and foams in our drinks. Made with local love ✨❤️🌻
