both indoor sections and outdoor (under cover) dining decks surrounded by lush tropical gardens and tranquil flames. The cuisine is Modern Australian, with an asian twist, encapsulating our modern tropical lifestyle. Our Executive Chef sources fresh, seasonal produce to prepare innovative and enticing dishes, which reflect contemporary trends in Australasian cooking. Watergate also has a modern well appointed bar and extensive lounge area, ideal for cocktails at sunset, or tapas and a bottle of wine… The perfect way to unwind after a busy week or eventful day.
