Sentiō Wines, the small Beechworth project turning heads for its terroir driven, quietly compelling wines, is heading to Far North Queensland next month. Join us poolside at Harrisons for a long, leisurely lunch by the lagoon, hosted by Wiremu Andrews, prominent industry figure, sommelier, and Sentiō winery partner. Expect beautiful balance in the glass, great stories at the table, and the polished, warm service you know and love in true Harrisons style.
Spencer and the Harrisons team will create a four-course menu designed in close collaboration with Sentiō, paired with thoughtful pours across the Sentiō portfolio.
Founded by winemaker Chris Catlow in 2013, Sentiō is an exploration of place, with Chardonnay at its heart and small parcels of Aligoté, Pinot Noir, Gamay, Shiraz and Nebbiolo rounding out the range. Limited quantities, site transparent wines, Australian energy with an Old World sensibility.
