This will be my last Stirling North market for the foreseeable future, big changes coming to the wheat or without world. Look out for new exciting opportunities on the page.

Get in early to this Saturday the 20th of June to secure your gluten-free sourdough or sandwich loaf, perfect to slice and stash away in the freezer for a rainy day. There will be focaccia freshly baked Saturday morning, delicious double choc cupcakes and of course the OG gluten-free cookies. Look out for a sneaky bonus sweet treat (not on menu).

Coeliacs Rejoice šŸŽ‰ I am so excited to announce Wheat or Without will be attending our market with their fully gluten free menu šŸ™Œ

The owner herself is coeliac and she so she gets it. As someone who has to avoid gluten too this has been on my bucket list. Travelling from Port Augusta with her products and getting more popular she decided recently it was time to move to a fully gluten free business.

On the day you can expect Sourdough bread, focaccias, cookies and a few other desserts šŸ§ but get in quick because we know many of you have been asking for this so we are expecting a sell out stall

Well I've made it through my first week back at work with a baby and a partner that works away.

I am doing just the bare basic menu this week to help you all stock the freezer with good bread.
Still get the benefits of sourdough but conveniently from your freezer -just slice it up before freezing and pull at any time you fancy a piece of avo toast, or chuck some in a frypan with olive oil, salt and pepper and enjoy with a warm winters soup.

The focaccia also freezes well; I just cut it into portion sizes before freezing.
I've been asking people how they use their focaccia and the best way is to wrap in a wet paper towel into the microwave for 30 seconds then enjoy or my favourite is the frypan olive oil method. Turn it into a sandwich, grilled cheese or garlic bread.

We ready and raring to go
Open in 1 hour at 9am close at 1 or sold out

Donā€™t let the rain keep you away itā€™s lovely and dry inside and plenty warm enough.
Some bread bags did get wet coming in from the car but the bread is perfectly safe.
The wet weather = soup weather, come grab a loaf of sourdough or a focaccia to pair with your soup. Add a deliciously decadent brownie to finish your night
Or perhaps your feeling something light and fresher try one of my lime curd cupcakes with a sweet and sour tang.

This will be my last market selling gluten products (at this stage)
I am so happy how well all the gluten free goodies are selling. To increase my productivity Iā€™ve decided to delete my gluten containing products from my menu. This will allow me to be quicker and more efficient as I donā€™t have to clean the entire kitchen after handling gluten

This week's pre orders!

Sorry it's a tad late, pre orders open all the way to Thursday for Friday pick up this week (PS focaccia is best eaten warm so pick it up Friday) or join us at the Stirling North Markets Saturday for some tasty treats.

I go back to my main job on Monday after 14 months of maternity leave, so show some love this week so I can continue my passion of providing good gluten free goodies to our community.
