Halie decided that if anybody was taste testing the Nourish Bowl for The Banksia Tree and sharing their thoughts, it was going to be her. 🥗

It's her favourite dish on the menu, which means she knows every element. Every flavour. Every reason why this bowl has become such a beloved staple. Watch as she walks you through it: smoked hummus, lentils, sautéed greens, fire roasted mushrooms, radish, coffee vinaigrette.

Can you spot it? Our Creme Brullatte.

Vanilla. Espresso. Foamed milk. Brulee. It's basically dessert masquerading as a coffee, and it pairs perfectly with literally everything on our menu.
