🍋 Fresh out of the oven…

A little shout out to our head baker Nic, who whipped up these beautiful Lemon Meringue Tarts in store this week.

And if you managed to get your hands on his Sticky Date Scones yesterday… you’ll know exactly why we’re still hearing about them today! 🤤

The feedback was incredible, and judging by the number of people asking when they’re back, they might just need to become a regular feature.

🥖 Preparing and shaping products
🥐 Assisting our bakers with daily production
🍞 Oven work and baking support
🧁 Decorating and finishing products
🧹 Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
