This Christmas, we’re opening for the three weekends leading into Christmas Day - creating more opportunities to bring your team together, thank your people, entertain clients or simply celebrate the year that was.

❝ Fabulous experience with a party of 11 including 4 children. Wonderful outlook, terrific food sensation with excellent service from attentive, friendly staff even with the children nothing was to much trouble. Have been to many restaurants in the Hunter region and this is one of the best if not the best. Will definitely go again. ❞

BEFORE THE MENU CHANGES...

Every menu has its moment. Our current menu has been with us through the season, and there are still dishes we're not quite ready to say goodbye to.

But behind the scenes, Chef Brian and the team are already looking ahead. A new menu is taking shape — with Ora King Salmon, lobster and prawns, market fish, Berkshire pork, seasonal produce and some rather interesting new flavour combinations.

We're keeping the details under wraps for now.
