Fresh market fish, delicately paired with shaved butternut pumpkin, white soy beurre noisette, finger lime, fried sage and pine nuts.

SIMPLY OUTSTANDING - Real review @ HQ...

"We live locally, this was our first time dining at HQ and it was outstanding, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and anticipated our every need, especially Paul. My husband and I both had the Wagyu for main, I love my steak very well done and wasn't disappointed at all. The meal servings are very generous, the pureed avocado dip to begin with was mouthwatering and the complimentary palate cleansing sorbet was delicious. Overall, we were so impressed with the attention to detail in this lovely restuarant and will certainly return. "
