Magic round was Truly Magic and we couldn’t have done it without you all but more than anything we couldn’t have done without our staff .
Our staff stepped up to the challenge and here we are creating another new Record .
We wanted to do this number when magic round was first announced. We did 70% of our target on the first year and we slowly inched closer and closer to that dream number year on year .
And this year we crossed it 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🙌.
Here we are crossing that bridge to say YES!!!, 5 years is a long time but we never once thought that figure was unachievable. Some years we had refunds , complaints etc . But this year is even more spectacular 🥳
Zero refunds , ZERO complaints and absolute satisfaction and to achieve this is a great accomplishment with a new record is cherry on the top.
And whilst we think we don’t want migrants coming, every pub , every restaurant had to rely on bar staff, kitchen staff security staff , cleaners etc who were from different countries and backgrounds. Thanks for accepting, embracing and respecting our staff .
We love you all and we love being part of this epic magic round with good people, fantastic music , tinder steaks (Up the Wahs 😜)
We had no problems from any of our customers and that is the kind of crowd we have retained and attracted.
The myth that rugby fans are violent or aggressive or unruly is false .
We had the best time serving you , I had my son and my wife work along with me and this is the difference between a small business and large corporations .
Small businesses are the fabric of our society and we need to protect and preserve it for our future generations.
