SOUQ’s Beef Tartare🌿

Inspired by Kibbeh Nayyeh, our chef Tim Bartholomew has created his own take on beef tartare using WA beef, green chilli, fresh mint and aromatic spices. Served with crispy flatbread and smoked yoghurt on top.

Our recommendation on how to eat it? Spread that smoked yoghurt all over the top so you get a little in every bite. Scoop it up with the crispy flatbread or some lettuce and add a little mint, and enjoy!
