MELBOURNE CUP BEACHSIDE THE COUNTDOWN IS ON!

With less than four weeks until the iconic Melbourne Cup Beachside returns, Shorehouse Chef Pali Singh has unveiled a vibrant Spring menu designed for an unforgettable day.

Start with a seafood platter for the table; Plateau de fruits de mer, with freshly shucked Coffin Bay oysters, Shark Bay tiger prawn toast, pickled mussels, Fremantle octopus and Abrolhos Island scallop.

Entrees of O'Connor beef tartare and La Delizia stracciatella are served share style, followed by your choice of main course: Pan fried market fish, O'Connor premium sirloin or pumpkin tortelloni.

Finish with Dessert Canapes and head to the dancefloor!
