A new week at Chapters Bistro…
Wednesday brings Steak Night. A 250g Black Angus sirloin, fries, baby gem with ranch & pickled shallots, & your choice of sauce. Available all day.
Thursday is Welly & Wine, our signature Beef Wellington with classic sides & a house glass of red, white or bubbles for $49, from 5pm.
Sunday, of course, the roast. Free range chicken or the butcher’s cut, with duck fat potatoes, Yorkshire pudding & lashings of gravy.
In between, the Wednesday to Saturday lunch menu, two courses for $49 or three for $59, & the Bellini Board pouring through every service.
