My passion is creating one of my favourite specialities for your friends and family, together for an intimate gathering or to celebrate a special event. ng the aroma of each ingredient as it goes into the pan. A trip to Spain with my lovely wife Deb a few years ago, inspired me to cook Paella in a truly authentic way which means for me, taking absolutely no short-cuts to creating the tastiest dish possible.
