Love a busy venue, a buzzing atmosphere and being part of making someone’s special event unforgettable? The Raffles Hotel, Applecross is looking for passionate, energetic Functions Staff and Functions Supervisors to join our team!✨
Perched on the iconic Swan River waterfront, Raffles is one of Perth’s favourite event destinations, with multiple private and semi-private function spaces hosting everything from intimate celebrations to big, high-energy events.
With the warmer months and our peak summer functions season fast approaching, we’re looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love hospitality, have a passion for the events industry and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.
🍸 FUNCTIONS STAFF
•We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who:
•Bring great energy and a positive attitude
•Love creating memorable experiences for guests
•Can keep calm, cool and collected when things get busy
•Have a strong eye for detail and pride in their work
•Enjoy working as part of a fun, supportive team
•Have previous hospitality or events experience (highly regarded, but not essential)
🥂 FUNCTIONS SUPERVISORS
•For our Supervisors, we’re looking for •experienced hospitality legends who can:
•Lead and motivate a team through busy functions
•Deliver exceptional service from setup through to pack-down
•Confidently manage events and solve problems on the fly
•Communicate clearly with guests, staff and management
•Keep the team organised, efficient and having a good time
•Bring strong hospitality and leadership experience to the floor
