☕️ WE’RE HIRING — BARISTA / ALL-ROUNDER ☕️

Our little café inside Bolt Coffee Roasters in Bayswater is looking for a friendly, capable barista/all-rounder to join our team!

We’re a small, independent coffee roastery and café, so this is a hands-on role — making great coffee, serving customers, light cooking/kitchen duties, keeping the café running smoothly and generally pitching in wherever needed. ❤️

The details:
📍 Bayswater, WA — inside our coffee roastery
🗓️ Tuesday–Friday availability required
⏰ 8am–12 midday
☕️ Barista experience required
🤎 Great coffee, good people & a relaxed little café

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys making people’s day with a great coffee.

This blend of the month will be in the grinder every weekend in July
3A is Bolt’s original blend and it’s a great all rounder - as a milk based coffee you’ll get flavours of milk chocolate and caramel with a smooth, delicate mouthfeel. As a black coffee, it is crispy and clean with citrus-like notes.

“Disconnect to Reconnect” - another motto from the Bolt Bible 📕

Just like ‘Simple Done Well’, this motto is behind all of the decision we make at the cafe
We think everyone should try and find the time every week (if not every day) to disconnect from the noisy, busy, crazy-ness of life 😮‍💨

When you walk through the doors at Bolt, you leave all your worries in the carpark and step into our cozy, quirky world where you can cheer yourself up with a cup of coffee and a chance to disconnect from reality ☕️ Take the chance to look up from your emails or apps and look at the green of the plants, listen to music or yap with a mate or a stranger 🗣️

Taking a quick break will help you have a better ability to reconnect with the world after your coffee, or perhaps open up doors to reconnect with others in our space 💗

So this is your daily reminder to take the time to stop and fuel up with caffeine and a quick chat before continuing with your day! 🔩
