Had an absolute blast at our first KCBS BBQ Competition!
With the likes of Big Moe Cason as opponents, it was always going to be a big effort to get top of the board. Our stand out category was Pork, with a 6th place out of 24! Absolutely stoked for that result, considering we had a tough time with our Butts overnight. Pork Ribs we hit a solid 15th, after thinking we had bombed again!
We were confident with our Brisket hand in, locking in a 14th place. Chicken was actually a bomb, unfortunately scoring dead last. Too Salty!

The weekend was amazing, and we definitely learnt a lot, that we can put into practice at the next comp! Thanks to everyone who came past and said hello, you guys are the best! Sold us out of tips for treats Pit Plates!!
