The Brisbane

Inspired by everything we love about WA. We've been busy, carefully crafting a menu focused on artisanal products from the very BEST of W.A. It's all about LOCAL! It's all about FLAVOUR! We can’t wait to see all your faces and show you what we've created!

A bit of history, brought back to life🍻 We’ve officially finished restoring the Brisbane Hotel facade - stripping back 9 layers of paint, restoring the original 1929 tile dado, and bringing the original signage at the top of the building back into the spotlight.

We can’t wait to show you what’s next 👀

A little trip down memory lane…Since 1898, The Brisbane Hotel has seen a lot of change, a lot of characters and holds plenty of stories. As we bring The Brissy into its next chapter, preserving what makes this pub so special has always been at the heart of the renovation. We’re honouring the old, while making room for plenty of new memories! With good food, great drinks, top-notch service and an atmosphere that’s hard to beat at the heart of it all.

128 years of history, and we’re just getting started🍻

It’s time for our weekly inspection 🎿

Our Head of Construction is back on site, but this week he’s traded the hard hat for ski gear and apparently decided The Brissy is his very own après-ski destination…We may not have the Alps, but we’ve got cold drinks, good times and plenty of après waiting for you when our doors reopen 🍻❄️

The renovation is in full swing, but our Head of Construction has officially gone…out of office 😎

Renovation? On track.
Work ethic? Questionable.

We’ll let him enjoy his little escape. Just don’t tell him we’re still counting down to opening day!
