Grilled cheese kranske in a toasted brioche hoagie with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and American mustard, served with chips.

Crispy golden pork schnitzel with German-style potato salad, fried egg, capers, anchovy and lemon, finished with a side of gravy.

We’re switching things up in the Cabin kitchen, and this round of specials is hanging around a little longer than usual. From 11 September to 30 September, you’ve got plenty of time to pull up a chair and try them out.

🐟 Pan-Fried Saddletail Snapper
Fresh pan-fried saddletail snapper with sweet potato mash, baby king oyster mushrooms, broccolini and pineapple salsa, finished with a maple citrus dressing.

🍗 Chicken Supreme
