A Protected Designation of Origin wine from the volcanic slopes of Mount Olympus, made from three grape varieties found almost nowhere else in the world โ€” Xinomavro, Krassato, and Stavroto. The terroir here is rocky and mineral-rich, and you can taste it. Dark fruit, dried herbs, a long finish with real grip and depth. This is Greek wine at its most serious and most rewarding.
