To celebrate 4 years of Ten Minas, we’re creating something a little extra special — a 5-course Japanese × Italian Itameshi dining experience, created exclusively for this one evening.

For this menu, we’re taking the flavours of Ten Minas a little further — celebrating fresh ingredients, thoughtful techniques and the creativity behind Itameshi cuisine, bringing Japanese and Italian influences together in dishes you won’t find on our regular menu.

A night to celebrate how far we’ve come, share something special from our kitchen, and most importantly, celebrate with all of you who have been part of our journey. 🥂

Say hello to our NEW Peach Series — a fresh, fruity line-up made for the warmer days ahead. ☀️

We’ve been playing with peach in a few different ways, pairing its juicy sweetness with coffee, jasmine, creamy desserts and a little fizz.

Here’s what’s coming:

🍰 Peach HoneyCake by THEHONEYCAKE | a peachy twist on the much-loved HoneyCake — creamy, fruity and the perfect sweet finish.

🍮 Peach Jasmine Pudding | soft, jiggly and delicate, with fragrant jasmine and refreshing peach.
