Originally from Northern Brazil, tapioca is a traditional Brazilian food made from cassava starch. When heated, the starch comes together to create a soft, light wrap — naturally gluten-free and perfect with savoury fillings.

And ours has a little Do Canto twist… it’s PINK! 💕
We add beetroot to give it that beautiful natural colour and an extra nutritional boost. 🌱
