Feeling so happy and proud today to see Chef Tae living his dream and running his own restaurant, MEE KIN THAI Cuisine in Gympie ❤️ Many of our customers may remember Chef Tae from his time at Chok Chai Thai. He has always been one of the most talented, hardworking, and passionate chefs we’ve had the pleasure of working with.
We recently stopped by to visit and enjoy a meal, and honestly, we were so impressed. The Khao Soi was absolutely delicious, full of flavour and beautifully prepared. Every dish we ordered was fantastic, the restaurant was well organised, and you could really see the care and effort that has gone into creating such a lovely place. One of the best things in life is seeing good people work hard for years and eventually achieve their dreams. Watching Chef Tae build his own restaurant and seeing it doing so well makes us incredibly happy.
