Alhamdulillah! What an unforgettable day.
Assalamu Alaikum Everyone,
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every single person who visited and supported Sister’s Kitchen at our very first stall at the Bangladesh Festival.
The love and support you showed us today was beyond anything we could have imagined. Seeing so many of you visit our stall, patiently wait for your food, and continue encouraging us throughout the day was truly heartwarming. Alhamdulillah, we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.
We were also so happy to receive so much positive feedback from our customers. Your kind words and encouragement truly meant a lot to us and motivated us to keep improving.
As this was our first-ever stall event, we know we made some mistakes. Because of the overwhelming crowd, our team was extremely busy, and some customers had to wait longer than expected. Unfortunately, we were also unable to serve everyone before we sold out. We sincerely apologise for the delays and to everyone we couldn’t serve. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and kindness throughout the day.
Today was a huge learning experience for us. In Sha Allah, we will be much better prepared next time with better planning, and faster service so that we can provide an even better experience for everyone.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the Bangladesh Association of Northern Territory Inc. for organising such a wonderful Bangladesh Festival and for giving us the opportunity to be part of this amazing community celebration.
Finally, thank you to our wonderful Bangladeshi community and everyone who came to support us. Every order, every kind word, every positive review, and every recommendation means more to us than words can express.
Please continue to keep Sister’s Kitchen in your prayers and support us on this journey. Your encouragement inspires us to improve, grow, and serve you even better in the future.
JazakAllah Khair for your endless love and support.
