Mandy joins Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers family with over 20 years of international experience leading large high volume kitchens and overseeing the management of production and quality control systems.

Her deep experience in project management and implementing world class food safety systems will help take our business and stores to the next level and help us grow, grow, grow!!

Very excited to get our brand new beautiful big yellow Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers food truck up and running at Stockland Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre today!

The strategy here is to test our offering across various locations in and around the Gold Coast before we make the investment in opening store fronts for our franchise partners.

We will be based in front of Stocklands Burleigh Heads Shopping Centre for several months feeding locals and studying the Gold Coast Market.

If you’re a Burleigh local, please come down for a feed this winter season! We are open lunch and dinner Wednesdays to Sundays 🙏
