We’re shining the spotlight on Amber Kenny, a Southern Highlands songwriter whose music is full of honesty, heart and beautifully raw storytelling.

With performances at the Tamworth Country Music Festival, a US debut at Nashville’s iconic Bluebird Cafe, and her debut album Beautiful Scars gaining love across regional radio, Amber has been steadily carving out her own place in the Australian country and Americana scene.

So the time has come… Jac officially finished up as our Venue Manager on Wednesday.

We are lucky that Jac thoughtfully collected some photos of her time with us on Steve’s phone left around the place 😂😂

Seriously though, thank you Jac! We are so grateful to have had someone we could trust to have our back. We wish you all the very best with your career change to “9 to 5”.

Jac won’t be a stranger though… because Jac is the person she is, she has offered to be our super sub for a few weekends while our new VM settles in.

So when they’ll be doing gigs – making show – they’ll be playing as a band. Dave Graney and the mistLY. A group with an engine room and a powder room. Playing songs from Laburnum Of The Mind as well as songs from across the 40 something albums Dave Graney and Clare Moore have been involved in writing, playing and producing. Dave Graney and the mistLY is Dave Graney on guitar and vocals, Clare Moore on drums and vocals Stu Thomas on bass and vocals (since 2004) and Stuart Perera on guitar and vocals (since1998). They’re from Melbourne but they’re not like those other Melbourne bands and they’re a rock band but not like those other rock bands. Remember, keep your head down and yourself tidy!
