You are spoilt for choice with over 15 different flavoured pies, including the 2021 & 2022 Australia's Best Pie winners Surf & Turf and Creamy Mushroom & Truffle, or why not try one of our meat and vegetable, vegetarian wholemeal, both having placed first in their respective categories at the Great Aussie Pastie Competition. Gold on the Gold Coast! Woohoo!🥇

Some amazing results at the Australia's Best Pie Competition 2026 on the Gold Coast this week.

We flew up 11 entries, most of them newly developed recipes, and after final judging we came away with 7 gold and 4 silver medals. 👏

As we prepare to say our final goodbye to Geoff, we wanted to share the details of his farewell service.

Geoff spent almost 30 years as part of Rolling Pin and touched the lives of so many staff, customers, friends and families along the way.

Forever part of the Rolling Pin❤️

Sadly we share the news that early on Thursday morning Geoff Chalker passed away after a brave battle in recent months.
For almost three decades with Susie by his side Geoff poured his heart and soul into the Rolling Pin. He loved this business and everyone in it, loved our community, and loved seeing familiar faces walk through the door each day.
His passion and drive helped shape our bakery into what it is today and he took enormous pride in what the Rolling Pin became.
Nothing made him prouder than knowing his children and grandchildren would continue the journey.
You will be sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved you.

Forever in our hearts and thoughts.
