In loving memory of Geoff Swallow ❤️
Our mornings at Cherish just won’t be the same without you, Geoff.
For so many years, you were part of our everyday life — arriving around 7am, taking your usual spot outside, working away at your crosswords and having a chat with the staff and your fellow regulars, Dorothy, Peter, Jane and many others.
And of course, we’ll never forget your coffee — large latte, 3 sugars, extra, extra, extra hot. ☕
You even tried to teach us a little French along the way, and there was always a conversation, a laugh or a story to share.
Seeing your table without you there is going to take some getting used to. You weren’t simply a customer — you became part of the Cherish family and part of our mornings.
Our thoughts and love are with Geoff’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
Rest peacefully, Geoff. ❤️
Your table, your coffee and most of all, you, will be deeply missed.
