A lazy wet day here on the Northern Rivers...time for a quick Mediterranean Vegetable Bolognese. Just add Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta Sauce to browned meat, garlic and onion, throw in some of those veggies in the back of the crisper (mushrooms, zucchini - you know the ones) add a little milk to the jar to help shake out the final dregs, simmer 30 minutes and serve over fettuccine pasta. Simple and yummy!
