Saucy Mama Local Pizzeria We are a small, local restaurant, and our mission is to bring amazing food, made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients to your table! Great food is real food.

Great pizza, and great food, is a serious passion of ours. It should be delicious and made with love. It should be made with the finest, freshest local ingredients- not from stuff from a can. And most of all, it should be eaten with your hands! Over the last few years, I have grown so disenchanted with the ways of big businesses and how they affect our culture. It’s time to take a stand and make a

change. Welcome to the Revolution! For too long big companies have tricked us into thinking pizza is what they want it to be: cheap, nasty food with zero nutritional value; or overpriced, ‘gourmet’ fare. Saucy Mama says NO MORE!! We will not be slaves to the big pizza companies. We will not fall for your advertising tricks. We will not support big companies at the expense of our local communities, our local farmers, and our taste buds. It is time for us to take back the power; to invest back in to our community, and to support sustainability. Real food is never served out of a can- and neither is anything from us. Not a single ingredient used to make any of our delicious pizzas comes from a can. They are delivered fresh to us from local providers, and prepared lovingly in store by our team; food is created, not produced (the way that it was meant to be!)

Our Banana prawns are bought right off the trawlers, not from Vietnam. We peel and marinate them in store each day. All our meat is from independent local butchers who source our prime rump from the Darling Downs, and make our sausages from their award winning recipes. Our chicken is free range, organic, hormone-free breast fillet. We even buy all our fresh produce direct from the farmers at markets. And our famous sauces are hand made in Brisbane by a family owned company. Saucy Mama is pizza by the people, for the people. Where our success is your success, and filters back into the local community. Please join us on this journey, this Food Revolution, and help us show everyone what great pizza really tastes like!
