Norah Head Beach Haus Beach side cafe located next to the iconic Norah Head Lighthouse and The Rock Pool. Our food philosophy is fresh, local and seasonal.

The General Store Norah Head is a beachside café situated in Norah Head on the Central Coast next to the iconic Norah Head Lighthouse and The Rock Pool. The General Store Norah Head is run by locals who love Norah Head and see the Store as an opportunity to make living in and visiting the area even better. Like most people who live in the area, the ocean is our playground. Therefore, we want to do

all that we can to look after it. We limit the use of plastic in the Store, especially single use plastic. You sure won’t see plastic straws! After your morning coffee, take a short walk through Bush Street Reserve to the lookout and the start of the nature trail walk to the Lighthouse. Educate yourself on local history, indigenous plants and bush food before you soon arrive at the Lighthouse. From here, head down the stairs and swing left to loop around to The Rock Pool. Climb up the stairs at The Rock Pool and you’ll be back at the Store... pretty good way to start the day! Directly across from the Store is a tree filled public reserve, picnic area and playground.
