A proper cannolo is one of them.
Crunchy shell, fresh ricotta, pistacchio, chocolate… simple things, done properly.
In Sicily, cannoli are not just dessert. They’re part of celebrations, Sunday lunches, family tables and quick stops at the pasticceria “just for one” that somehow always become two.
Ours stay close to tradition, because some classics don’t need reinventing.
Just good ricotta, crisp pastry and the kind of dessert that makes everyone suddenly want “just one bite.” 😉🇮🇹

Our signature tagliatelle with prawns, pistacchio and rich bisque sauce.
A little messy, a little indulgent… exactly how a proper Italian pasta should be.
