😘Our dumplings history!😘
You must heard many versions of dumplings history, but what I gonna tell you will be totally different.
Chinese dumplings are made in totally different ways between North and South China. In south of China, dumplings are small and less fill-in than dumplings you normally see in the restaurant. Most times they are served in a bowl of soup or steamed.
The dumplings what we made are from North of China, they are bigger and more fill-in.
The recipe we use is more than 200 years old, and the perfect water and flour ratio for our chewable dumpling skins is perfect, the raw materials we choose for our dumplings fill-in are top quality, all of these combine together by magic hands become our delicious dumplings.
