Dear valued customers, our eftpos subscription ends on the 1st of July, I will not be renewing it, as we will only have 5 weeks of trading left. Dear Nimbin community, It is with a very heavy heart I inform you of my decision to close Sibley's Bistro on 3rd of August 2025 (Last service Saturday 2/8).
I need to be more available for my family and spend more time with my young children while they actually want to spend time with me.
I would like to give special thanks to Pat & Don from the Bowlo, they have been so supportive during my 3 years here, they do so much for the club and have always had my back!
Mark Le bars , for doing so much for me like polishing the floors in dining room and being a all around legend.
Bord of directors for letting me do my thing and not making my life hard, and volunteering your time to keep the Club running / open.
My staff, Current and Past, my business would not operate without you and would not be free to take time off when needed, thank you🥰.
The volunteers behind the bar, without you guys there would be no club.
And finally YOU the Nimbin community , thank you all so much for all your support since I opened in April 2022, I would not have succeeded without the support of Nimbin locals, Thank you!
Anyone with vouchers please come in and redeem them before 3/8/25.
It has been a Blast!

Just a reminder, we will be closed Good Friday and Easter Saturday. We are running our signature 5 spice tofu as a special tonight and tomorrow night. Raffles are tomorrow night (will have prawns also) as the club will also be closed Good Friday evening. Have a safe and happy Easter.
