We are closing our doors (or van window) and will not be taking any future bookings for events.

I won’t say it’s goodbye forever as who knows - mini taco may be a chef in the making🤰- but the future is bright and full of possibilities so never say never.

Look after yourselves, eat great food and be nice to each other ✨ thank you all for your support in making my dream a reality ❤️❤️

WANT TO MAKE EVERYBODY HAPPY WITH DELICIOUS, FRESH, AMAZING FOOD?

Taco Daze is for sale! We have a little taco cooking in the oven so the time has come to pass the baton on to the next amazing team.
This was run as a side business for three years trading every Tuesday in the Dry at Nightcliff Foreshore and catering for weddings and events up to 5000 people.
There is huge potential for growth, just needing the right person with the time and vision to expand. Otherwise, great fun on the side!

Sale of the business includes:
2017 Single Axle Food Trailer (repainted with fresh logo March 2021) with inbuilt double panel fridge, two sinks, ample storage, exhaust fan and Roband Bain Marie E23
3 x Crockpot pressure cookers and all containers, spices and cooking equipment as equipped
All electrical, first aid and safety equipment as equipped
Established Social Media accounts – Facebook and Instagram
Taco meat, salad and condiment recipes

Thank you 2021 ✨

For many it’s been a horrible year - but once again Darwin managed to escape the worst Covid has to offer and for that we are so grateful ❤️ our thoughts go out to our family and friends still facing lockdowns throughout the country. Next year we’ll be shouting the freedom tacos when we see your beautiful smiling faces ✨

For our last hurrah we have the one and only Ya Mummas, our delicious Caramelised Pork and the original Taco Daze vegan Just Jack 🥰

So come and join us one last time this year as we buckle down for the wet season 🌧

Serving from 5.30pm this Tuesday at Nightcliff Jetty

Happy Father’s Day legends, now return the favour and bring the fam down for Taco Tuesday 🙊😉

We’ll be serving up a delish dad menu full of dad things like brisket and pulled pork and hot sauce (optional - without the 🔥 it’s a perfect choice for the kidlets) ❤️
