Thank you so much for your continued love and support for Choi's Chicken. We, the Choi's Family, always try our best to serve our customers fresh and carefully prepared food with sincerity.

Due to the recent increase in order volume and, therefore, a rise in concerns and complaints from some customers about the wait time, Choi's Chicken would like to clarify that we always uphold traditional Korean cooking methods to serve the freshest and best quality food. Hence, we begin preparing food only after an order is placed.

As Choi's Chicken is not a fast-food restaurant, there may be extra waiting times even for pre-orders, including phone calls and online orders during our peak hours. We really appreciate your understanding and patience.

The Choi's Family is committed to serving authentic Korean homemade food, freshly prepared with care and cleanliness, as a sincere expression of our gratitude to all our customers.
